My opponent, the former Chief Deputy under Jack Strain, continues to attack me and distort my record. When I started this campaign, I made the decision to run a positive campaign. As we get close to election day, I do not plan to change my message now and get down in the mud. I am running for re-election on my record. I am very proud of what we have achieved since I took office three and half years ago. Crime is at a 10 year low and our solve rate is at an all-time, 44 year high. Today, I went to the beach front with my children.
