STPSO FY2020 Budget to Include Pay Increase

Thanks to conservative spending and careful planning, St. Tammany Parish Sheriff Randy Smith will be able to provide a cost of living and merit raise for all employees again this coming fiscal year.

Yesterday I learned that one of my opponents, Nick Tranchina, has filed a complaint with the Board of Ethics about videos that were shared on my campaign’s Facebook page. STPSO Cost Savings for FY17-FY19 $26,864,085 (approx.) – Savings throughout the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office from Insurance, capital spending, travel, and more have resulted in approx. $26,864,085.

Primary Elections 2019

The 2019 Primary Elections will be held on October 12, 2019. The early voting period begins on September 28th and ends on October 5, 2019. Polls open at 7 a.m. for SATURDAY elections and at 6 a.m. for TUESDAY elections.

General Election 2019

The 2019 General Elections will be held on November 16, 2019. The early voting period begins on November 2nd and ends on November 9, 2019. Polls open at 7 a.m. for SATURDAY elections and at 6 a.m. for TUESDAY elections. Polls close at 8 p.m. All voters in line at 8 p.m. have the right to vote.
