Lady Beware is a two-day comprehensive, personal safety & awareness course sponsored by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Course Topics Include Situational Awareness and Close Quarters Self-Defense Tactics.
The Lady Beware class will now also include CRASE (Civilian Response Active Shooter Events) training.
Classes are open to both male and female. You must be 18 years of age or older, but high school students are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
