St. Tammany Parish Republican Executive Committee Endorsement
St. Tammany Sheriff Randy Smith announced today that he will seek re-election to continue to protect and serve Louisiana’s fourth most populous parish.
Sheriff Randy Smith will be hosting his “Re-Election Kick Off Party” on Monday, February 11, 2019 at Gallagher’s restaurant on Front Street in Slidell. The event will begin at 6pm and end at 8pm.
General Election 2023
The 2023 General Elections will be held on October 14, 2023. The early voting period begins on September 30th and ends on October 7th. Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. All voters in line at 8 p.m. have the right to vote. All voters in line at 8 p.m. have the right to vote.
Thanks to conservative spending and careful planning, St. Tammany Parish Sheriff Randy Smith will be able to provide a cost of living and merit raise for all employees again this coming fiscal year.
Sheriff Smith is in the final phases of preparing the agency’s budget for fiscal year 2020, which will begin on July 1, 2019. The proposed 2020 fiscal budget includes a 3.75% pay increase for employees. This includes a 1.25% cost of living and a 2.5% merit raise…..
